Project at the Glymur location
We have purchased an exceptional 12.1 hectare (30 acres) at the very end of Hvalfjörður (the whale fjord) near the beautiful Glymur waterfall (see YouTube playlist), the 2nd highest of Iceland at 198 meters (639 ft.).
We plan for a 26-room hotel to be built to the highest environmental standards – both construction (BREEAM) and operational (Nordic Swan, EarthCheck and Greenkey. We also intend to drill for geothermal water and add a small hot springs facility.
